3/22 EASTER BONNET PARADE
Leaving from Washington Mutual Bank, 131 Main St. and
marching to the Common Ground Park located between Candee
& Gillette Ave. 11:30 am
Deck
out those bonnets, wagons, & strollers in Easter finery
and join in the fun! Kids of all ages, parents, &
grandparents will have a wonderful time showing off their
best bonnet creations to Sayville friends and neighbors.
Prizes will be awarded! Once arriving at the Common Ground Park please enjoy
additional entertainment! No rain date.

3/22 MEET THE EASTER BUNNY!

Common Ground Park located between Candee & Gillette Ave.
12 noon – 2 pm
Bring your cameras! Each and every child will have the
opportunity to pose with the Easter Bunny at the Common
Ground at Rotary Park. Get ready for an enchanting
afternoon with everyone’s favorite bunny! Start off at
the Easter Bonnet Parade and you’ll end up here. Enjoy
additional entertainment & surprises during the event. No

that is a favorite of Parrotheads and music lovers of all

THE BBQ BRETHREN

Common Ground Park located between Candee & Gillette Ave.

is that mouthwatering aroma wafting through Sayville?
It’s the State BBQ championship competition, right at the
Common Ground! 30 teams of the very best pro ‘Q cooks
from all over the USA competed in last year’s “Battle of
the BBQ Brethren” (a Kansas City Barbeque Society
sanctioned competition) in categories such as: Pork,
Brisket, Overall, Chicken, Ribs and more. These
world-class enthusiasts are serious about their BBQ.
Watch masters at work and maybe pick up some secret BBQ
tips! NOTE: Actual competitor entries are NOT available
for sample or purchase by the public – but fear not! You
can eat your fill of savory BBQ from the BBQ food vendors
on site selling you their very best - lip smacking finger
licking delicious! Don’t miss this opportunity to explore

11/29 2nd ANNUAL MIRACLE ON MAIN STREET

Our first
year’s event was a tremendous success! Visitors marveled
at the live reindeer herd & reindeer babies on exhibit.
Children enjoyed free carousel rides all night. Holiday
movies were playing on outdoor screens all through town a
charming hometown touch!
Sayville’s
own St. John’s
Handbell Choir played a wonderful holiday concert, as did
the Belairs who presented a Rocking Christmas Concert!
